Failure leads to Success

Nirantaram jwalinche soorynni choosi, cheekati bhayapadutundi
Nirantaram sraminche vyaktini choosi, otami bhayapadutundi.

“Have you failed thousand times? No problem try once again.” Swami Vivekananda.

Every failure indicates that
1. You are not prepared well
2. This is not for you
3. Somebody interfered
4. The presentation is not upto the mark
5. You are not serious
6. One take is not enough
7. Lack of common sense
8. Not knowing dealing
9. You know theoretically but not practical difficulties
10. You are not mentally prepared
You realise and attempt once again you may be taken to a higher platform.
If you return back you are entitled to stand at a new platform.

That is why defeat the defeat, before defeat defeats you.

When we fail, the failure is the greatest one at that spot. But if we develop ourselves mentally, study the failure from all the angles we develop ourselves. If we can trace out the cause of the failure, it seems very small. That was that happened in the Long March.

Limited people can make all the others limited or small.
Fake personalities can create fake people.
Stupids can only make friendship with stupids.

Time is not continuous. Past is experience. Present is thought. Future is vision.

Asatyam changes fast. Satyam won’t change. That is why god is truth. Truth is imperishable. Science is truth. Truth means that which is eternal.

If we want success always, we should be truthful and follower of dharma.
If we protect dharma, dharma protects us.
Where there is dharma, there only resides the god.

Happiness is not mine, sorrowness is not mine. They always come and go.
What torments me is my own thinking. It is like a dog’s tail.
Success is not rich or poor, but it is only success.

Be ready to fail if we want success.
Lincoln failed 10 times.
Pandavas were tortured for 13 years.
Edison failed 300 times before he could invent a bulb.
Curie failed many times before discovering Radium.
Mao’s life is a life long struggle.
Ambedkar too experienced failures all his life.
Honeymoon’s entire life is a great struggle for inventing homeopathic medicine.
Marx’s life is itself a struggle to bring forth the realities of the society to the world.
Same is the case with the invention of the aero-plane.

If we see from the room we can see only a limited area. But if we climb a hill, we can see far. If we get in an aero-plane then an entire taluqa can be seen. So the range depends upon the platform from where we see.

Two people cannot commit mistakes. One is the unborn baby and the other one is the dead man. The success of the greatest people is their greatest failures. That is why such great men are alive even today. They learnt lessons from every failure.

Facts are such they never need any proof. It is actual idea. But today Fact needs proof. That is why to prove Facts there are millions of lawyers.
Whenever you are in dilemma be silent. Be silent for days together till you become pacified. In that silence start retrospecting the past. Where you have committed the mistake you have to search for. Because of that you have been suffering. Our ancient rushies used to go to jungles in search of truth. We cannot get truth when you are in cities or merry making, or in depression or when you are in happiness. It is an unquenchable thirst to rise from the existing situation. Even Gautama the Buddha had to go to jungles in search of truth. He got enlightenment. What he learnt he taught to the people. It is already known but to bring it to the front in the form of words and sentences we have to churn the problem. For this investigation you have to recollect right from the childhood. Be analytical. Be impartial. Be unbiased. Then only you can get the gist of yours suffering.
Let it be scientific problem, as in the case of Einstein.
Let it be a social problem as in the case of Buddha.
Let it be a political problem as in the case of Mao.
The answer should come deep from the heart.

In most of the cases, what others say may not match to our thinking or problem. The best thing to keep aloof from others and like a rushi keep away from the society, lead lonely life till you get an answer.

The ocean must change wave but not a wave the ocean. All the waves are created in the ocean. Waves are the ocean but ocean is not the wave.
All the Scientists are people but all the people are not the scientists.
People are different but the atma is same.
Sweets are many but the sugar is same.

Living system is our mother like Sanaatana dharmam but religion is like a wife. We can change our wife or wives but not mother. In selecting a mother we have no choice. In selecting our wives we have our own choice.

Where Science ends then god enters.

We depend on many people, things, etc. for surviving in this world.
For treatment we depend on doctors, for food we depend on farmers, for knowledge we depend on teachers, and so on. So we should never say that I don’t depend on others.

We never feel frustration if we know gnanam. Before us people lived. After us people will live. Problems are nearly same, but stage/place is different. For analyzing our frustration, start from the initial stage impartially, then we get correct answer. Getting correct answer means, getting enlightenment. If we enlightenment we will not craze about this society.

Small people never think abnormally.

In a gold pot there is air. But the air does not contain gold air. A pot contains air. But the air does not contain dust air. Air is same but pots are different.
Worshipping is not required. What is required is implementability, practicability, reality, proactiveness, etc.
aaradhana kaadu, aacharana kaavaali.

We should see a dog as a dog, an elephant as an elephant. Though all are human beings their mentalities are of not humans but different. Lenin did the same. He allotted work according to ability.

It is not the physical personality but character that is required.

People like facts but they don’t practise facts. They are mad of illusions, virtual living. At the time of marriage I said that I should not have children. So parent offered their daughter to me. I told them there are many problems. Nobody is ready to digest the fact. The result I have been alone. We are habituated to virtual life.
If you want to come up in one field, one generation won’t be enough.
If we make friendship with small people, we can be very near to real life. If we are with great people we can understand range but very difficult to rise. So follow both the ranges.
If our range of thinking is too small, we will have to lose great many people of greater range.
Without our knowledge the time is dragging us far ahead. By the time we realise what happened it will be too late.
Before we fail, we feel that all are equal. The moment we fail, we feel that each one is different.
We know is different than we realise. To know clutch, gear, brake, and steering is one minute’s times. But we cannot drive a car. That is realization.
Generally women feel, and sentimental. A man should be more realistic and facts oriented so that he can drive the car of life well.
If the leader or the manager feels that whatever he says should be followed rather than truth should be followed then that company collapses.

Skills – Communication – LSRW

Skills – Communication – LSRW

Skill and Knowledge are entirely different.
Knowledge is knowing the thing. In this there is no effort to put energy. We can gain information. Skill requires a lot of effort to learn.
For example car, cooking, dancing, teaching etc. It takes a minute to know clutch, gear, brake, steering etc. But one cannot drive a car just by knowing it. It needs years of practice.
Skills enrichment can make a nation great.

English skills are 1] Listening 2] Reading 3] Writing 4] Speaking
1] Listening:- it is a passive learning. Listening needs a lot of patience. It is an art. A leader should have this skill in the first place. That is why god has given us two ears but only one mouth. Greatest listeners of this world are Mao, and Chow en li. They listen for hours together. They never interrupt the speaker. More and more knowledge can be gained by listening.
Today we have many systems of listening TV, Lectures, Net, DVDs, conferences, etc.
We can go to where lakhs of speeches by celebrities, scholars, nobel laureates, etc. can be found out.

2] Writing :- Writing makes a full man. It needs listening skills, reading skills, imaginating skills, language command, observation skills, presentation skills, etc. It is a skill because it needs a lot of effort. It should be learnt from gurus, or by own efforts. Sometimes a great inspiration.
While writing the writer should imagine something in his own mother tongue.
Translate it into English.
Select appropriate words.
Select appropriate tense.
Maintain coherence.
Write in such a way it should make the reader to read it.
The writer should have humorous nature.
Generally people like facts, truths and anything relevant.

3] Reading :- Reading can save us a lot of time. Within a short span of time we can gain a lot of knowledge.
For example if we take Irving Wallace’s book “Prize”, the author had taken nine years to gather the information. He spent six months to draft the manuscript. Then another eight months to check the spelling mistakes, appropriate words, and typing. Another six months to check the typed version. In the eleventh year the book came for publication. If we concentrate on the novel, we can complete reading it in a month. With this we saved eleven years of the author’s efforts simply paying seventy five rupees. That is the advantage.
Secondly if a student is studying B. Tech course in four years he has to study 50 subjects. In each subject there may be 10 scientists. Each scientist might have spent 10 years to derive an equation. That means 50 x 10 x 10 = 5000 years of 300 hundred scientists the student can learn in four years. In addition to that 30 subjects are taught by 30 faculty members. Each faculty member might have taken at least 5 years to learn that subject. That means 30 x 5 = 150 years of teaching effort. On the whole it amounts to 5150 years of knowledge the student learns in four years.
Thirdly this reading enriches the skills of problem solving; image building in the society; become best guru known in those times; and many more.
Fourthly India is a country of manufacturing intellectuals to the world. Braindrain is more.

4] Speaking :- When you speak not only your knowledge, but your body language also speaks. When we speak the content should be very important. Unless there is depth in the speaking; related to the range of the audience; related to the situation; the speaker becomes fool. We cannot get audience. Or the audience to away. Speaking does not mean simply speaking whatever we want. There should be some purpose.
When we speak any thing in English,
1] We should have the knowledge of the subject
2] Frame that in our mother tongue
3] Translate it into English
4] We should know English vocabulary to that effect
5] speak in coherence
6] Intonation and many more.

We use skills to learn. Learning is of two types. 1] active learning 2] passive learning
In active learning we have debates, seminar participation, several presentations, lab experiments, workshop practices, motivation, writing, speaking, ….
In passive learning we have listening, and seeing.
